Job Overview:
We are a fast-paced company based in Louisville, Kentucky, looking for an experienced WordPress web developer to help maintain and improve our websites. This freelance role offers flexible hours with a range of tasks, from troubleshooting site issues to updating content and enhancing site design.

Key Responsibilities:
As our WordPress Web Developer, you will:

• Maintain & Update Websites: Regularly update website content, fix broken pages, and ensure smooth performance.
• Troubleshoot & Fix Issues: Identify and resolve CSS issues, plugin conflicts, and other technical problems.
• Redesign & Build Pages: Assist in redesigning existing sites or building new pages, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing layout.
• Work with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to improve site aesthetics, layout, and functionality.
• Schedule & Manage Content: Add new blog articles and ensure they are properly formatted and scheduled for publishing.

Who You Are:

• An experienced WordPress developer who knows the ins and outs of site maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in CSS, WordPress plugins, and responsive design.
• Familiar with Elementor (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for layout and design.
• Able to communicate swiftly and meet deadlines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience with WordPress site development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Elementor and other popular page builders is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and fix website issues (broken pages, CSS errors, performance issues).
• Basic understanding of SEO and content structuring.
• Reliable communication and ability to complete tasks on time.

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience.
