Would you like to be a part of an exciting and growing company?  Anderson Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Service Crew at our property in Louisville, Kentucky.  You will deliver great resident experiences every day by performing a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades for the purpose of Building Better Communities.

Maintenance Technician, Full-time

Duties include:

Ensure reliable home functionality through preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement
Deliver great resident experiences by performing a variety of skills including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Reasonable, semi-monthly on call rotation

Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Troubleshooting/repair experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical – strongly desired, not required We are willing to train the right candidate!
Trade School Certificate in related fields, preferred – not required
EPA Certification, preferred- not required
Must have basic tools
Must have good communication and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
Must be drug and felony free, and maintain a clear appearance
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
