Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Project Coordinator to join our Recruiting team! This position will play a critical role on the North American Recruiting team to support the Recruiting Director and up to five Recruiters. While the daily tasks may vary, you would be an important partner to recruiters and hiring leaders by providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting life cycle as well as supporting and leading strategic recruitment initiatives that will continue to position Arvato as an employer of choice. Your efforts will power a more efficient team, as well as drive a more effective and meaningful experience for our leaders and candidates. This position is about maximizing operational efficiency with a strong focus of customer service and project management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and monitor candidate activity through the prescreening and onboarding process
Provide interview scheduling support for Recruiters
Create and analyze various types of reporting via Excel and applicant tracking system
Manage candidate travel and relocation process
Oversee employee referral program
Support the global internal transfer process
Support special projects across the team including critical recruiting initiatives
Create and edit complex spreadsheets in Excel and support the creation and editing of presentations in PowerPoint
Support the Recruiting Director with facilitating the processing and tracking of employment visas and green cards
A successful candidate will be customer service oriented and will have a passion for providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers. You will demonstrate your skills in attention to detail, organization, time management and the ability to continually re-prioritize work. The ability to work independently and as a team member is imperative. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal oriented, analytical and highly responsive.
2+ years of administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced HR or Recruiting environment
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook including calendar management across multiple time zones
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas (such as VLOOKUP)
Previous experience managing complex projects
Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
