Are you a motivated Recruiter with experience recruiting for high volume, hourly warehouse positions? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment? If you answered YES, then you may be the next Recruiter at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions! As a Recruiter at Arvato, you will manage the full recruiting cycle for hourly warehouse hiring across all of our warehouses in the US, while also helping to support exempt level hiring at times. You will be responsible for planning and executing the overall hiring strategy, including working with hiring leaders to proactively plan for future hiring needs and executing recruitment advertising campaigns in partnership with the local site HR team. Primary responsibilities will include posting job requisitions, conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring leaders, extending offers and generate reporting for the business using Excel.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
Highly resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where constant change is the norm
Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to look around corners to proactively identify potential challenges
Proactive self-starter who is willing to assume full ownership of assigned roles and project work
Capable of delivering results in an ambiguous environment
At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a high volume, hourly hiring warehouse environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and advanced Excel abilities
Previous experience/exposure to managing recruitment advertising on various online job boards and social media campaign
Experience recruiting for similar roles within a staffing agency preferred
