In this role, you will manage BOM (Bill of Materials), product life cycle, pricing, procurement, and product status. You will also prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules, prepare project reports for management, clients, or others. Other responsibilities include assisting the Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLA’s (service level agreements) are met and create and maintain reports as required by the customer. You will also work closely with operations to ensure program requirements are met on a daily basis, as well as, prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with the customer. You will also be in charge of monitoring processes related to customer specific requirements, order management for both international and domestic, follow up to ensure SLA’s are met, provide customer support, and month end reporting.
1+ years of Customer Service Experience
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including intermediate level in Excel
3PL, Logistics, or warehouse experience required
Preferred Qualifications and Key Traits
Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a preferred
Project management experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
Solid analytical ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
