Francis Parker School of Louisville seeks a dynamic, full-time Lower School Math teacher for the 2023-24 school year. Candidates must have a BA, with an MA preferred, and five or more years’ experience in Elementary Education with a particular interest in STEAM, multi-sensory learning, and progressive education. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker and collaborator with an understanding of Independent Schools and an awareness of differentiated instruction. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential. Serving as a homeroom/lead teacher and interest in coaching any extracurricular activities or sports is also a plus.
