Full Job Description

GlobalAir.com is currently looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator (Help desk and support) to join its expanding team of aviation marketing professionals. The ideal candidate is a cheerful individual who effortlessly fosters relationships with our clients.

The individual to fill this role with GlobalAir.com must be charismatic on the phone and specialize in conversation.  Globalair.com develops ads and marketing campaigns for the private aviation industry that are placed on our acclaimed website that draws over 250,000 people per month.  With a vast range of clients from all around the world, one common thread remains – our approach to strengthening our customer relations is through our people. We want you to make our clients feel wanted and free to express their ideas and needs.  We are a people company.  We cross train our employees to handle various task.  When you talk to the client you don’t pass them to someone else, you generate and complete the task with them.  From data entry, to graphics, to talking with the client.  Your product knowledge gains the customers confidence and that increases the bottom line.

Job Description

Speak on the phone with members of the global aviation market to build rapport
Data entry of specifications regarding corporate aircraft
Use excellent product knowledge to help clients decide which products are best for them to use
Must be very detailed oriented to write notes in CRM and competent emails to clients
Create web ready images of aircraft from client raw images

Minimum Qualifications: ·

2-5 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Customer first mentality·
Excellent keyboard and writing skills ·
Proficient telephone techniques ·
Cheerful and Outgoing personality ·
Outlook experience preferred
Excellent Organizational skills ·
Sales and marketing skills preferred ·
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Photoshop knowledge preferred·
Willing to travel if needed ·
Aviation and/or FBO background a plus ·
Multiple languages is favorable
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
