GlowTouch, is looking for an extraordinary Bilingual Webinar Trainer to join our motivated and ambitious team.

What Will You Do?

As a Bilingual Webinar Trainer, you will conduct training a webinar platform to North and South American and European customers via video conferencing. You’ll be the first line of contact, greeting incoming chats, calls, and emails and ensure questions or concerns from our customers are addressed in a timely, and appropriate manner. You will aim to provide support that is above and beyond and work to add an element of surprise and delight to all customer interactions. You will also be providing vital insights to the rest of the team to help improve our products and services.

Bilingual Webinar Trainer is a remote position within the United States and will report to our team in India. You will be providing customer support during hours of operation Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 11:30pm.

What We Are Looking For-

Responsibilities:

Training a webinar platform to North and South American and European customers via video conference
Convey an exceptional customer experience through inbound calls, chats, and emails to platform customers
Consistently present a professional image while ensuring a positive customer service experience
Troubleshoot platform or performance issues and ensure resolution
Exhibit critical thinking to ensure accurate and complete information is given to customers and anticipate future needs
Includes other duties as assigned
About You:

You are proficient Spanish/English bilingual for verbal and written business communications
You have a good work history with favorable work references and excellent customer service skills
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
Ability to navigate multiple applications
Ability to use a personal computer and knowledge of Windows based software
Typing skills of at least 30 WPM
Looking for positive and highly optimistic individuals with excellent customer service skills
Happy to work in a fast-paced, fun environment with a willingness to adapt and learn on-the-fly
Organized and able to solve problems using critical thinking skills
Candidates with previous contact center customer service experience preferred
Someone that makes a concentrated effort to solve customer problems
Promotes and maintains positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
Pay: $15.00/hr

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required.

Production Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm
