What is GlowTouch and what do we do? GlowTouch is a Louisville-based company that provides personalized contact center, business processing, and technology outsourcing solutions for our clients’ customers. In the 18 years we’ve been in business, we’ve grown from one location and a few employees to an 1,800-plus employee international company, serving clients around the world!

What We Are Looking For

Here are some of the duties you would be responsible for in your role as a Brand Ambassador:

Positively impacting our customers’ experience while assisting them with entering orders and checking on or modifying order status
Anticipate future needs of the customer and use consultative approach with upselling and cross selling apparel and other products
Conveying exceptional customer service on every call, chat, and email
Consistently portray the core values of the brand in every customer interaction
Exhibit critical thinking to ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
Includes other duties as assigned

Requirements and Experience Necessary

Here are the requirements for the role:

Requires a good work history with favorable work references and excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to navigate multiple applications
Undergo a full background as well as drug screenings per company policy
Ability to use a personal computer and knowledge of Windows based software
Typing skills of at least 30 WPM
Able to work on premise in call center meeting all Covid-19 protective requirements

Here is the experience we want you to have:

Looking for positive and highly optimistic individuals with excellent customer service skills
Happy to work in a fast-paced, fun environment with a willingness to adapt and learn on-the-fly
Organized and able to solve problems using critical thinking skills
Candidates with previous contact center customer service experience preferred
High energy retail sales experience a plus!
Someone that makes a concentrated effort to solve customer problems
Promotes and maintains positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required.

Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Hiring Wage: $14.25/hr.
