Job Description

 

Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

FLSA Status: Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Includes the following, other duties may be assigned)

Facilitate requirements of new components from inception to finished product utilizing the Agile program
Work closely with Merchant to ensure all details are addressed for each program.
Work with Overseas Product Development on Product Tech Packs, samples and approvals for products to completion.
Work with internal departments to track product domestic details required for set-up through completion: Sales, Art, Quality, Purchasing.
Help Merchant to manage brand requirements and specifications updates
Manage sample requests as well as ship packages domestically and overseas.
Light travel includes at least 1 trip to New York market prep and 1 trip to Corporate for training
Other duties and special projects as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Education And / Or Experience:

High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
6 years related experience in the consumer goods (textile/apparel) industry a plus
Must be detailed oriented, organized and accurate.
Working knowledge of Outlook 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Agile experience is a plus
