This is a direct hire opportunity with our client.

They are seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the senior leadership team and departmental operations. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. High follow through is a must.

Provide Executive Support to the senior leadership team.
Provide extensive calendar support, arranging meetings and acting as a gatekeeper.
Make domestic travel arrangements for C-Level employees, arrange itineraries and keep track of schedules.
Responsible for producing reports, creating PowerPoint Presentation, and working with Finance, HR, and Legal team to pull data requested
Review and respond to daily internal/external mail and overnight packages; prepares and distributes daily mail.
Compose, type and distribute professional correspondence, scans and e-mails using individual initiative and as assigned.
Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
Ensure key leaders are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting.
Assists with planning and ordering food for all company functions
Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of facilities management, layouts, and office systems.
Responsible for developing and implementing office procedures and standards as a guide to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Works on additional projects as assigned.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent required with 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting executive level management
Must be able to excel in a high paced office environment
Ability to multi-task, manage workload, and effectively prioritize in a continuously changing environment
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels within and outside the organization
Strong experience with MS Office programs, Outlook scheuldings/calendar management, and Adobe.
