Position Summary:
Close contracts for partner programs, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Take phone orders.
Provide customer support.
Provide written and verbal quotes to customers.
Provide outside sales reps with product information and pricing resources.
Create promotional fliers.
Monitor stock status of inventory and turnover rates on selected inventory classes.
Enter vendor invoices and double check prices with purchase orders.
Handle tool repairs and returned items.
Organize and monitor showroom appearance.
Communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper order process and completion.
Monitor all open orders to ensure completion of process.
Process freight and UPS shipments.
Process end of month vendor rebates.
Help in warehouse when needed.
Identifies revenue opportunities within customers’ communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
Assists walk-in customer at the sales counter and handle will call transactions.
Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company’s established trading partners.
Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers’ communities.
Works closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management and Business Development.
Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations.
Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries.
Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two years in a sales or sales support role
This position requires up to 25% travel.

Experience with business-to-business commerce and internet communication software.
Two years in customer service or inside sales.
