This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to go permanent. It is also a work from home, remote opening, however, only local candidates will be considered as there will be some in office availability needed for meetings and collaboration. The ideal candidate will need to have flexibility to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.

Overview:  The Recruiter is expected to provide the highest level of client and candidate service to all involved in the recruitment process while meeting yearly performance goals. They are responsible for recruiting qualified candidates in order to ensure client satisfaction. The position requires strong selling, customer service, and vocational skills in order to maximize client experience and candidate opportunity.

Account Management
Maintain communication with hiring authorities to discuss any changes with your assigned positions and to properly manage expectations. This will include helping the client make talent acquisition decisions.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Schedule weekly status updates with proper hiring authorities.
Work in tandem with HR Affiliates recruiting team to ensure total client satisfaction.
Educate hiring authorities on various HR Affiliates products and programs, as well as the benefits of using HR Affiliates to ensure highest possible recruitment yield ratios.
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules of hiring managers and candidates.
Work closely with office personnel to ensure efficient processing and closing of all job requisitions in pipeline, and to facilitate contact and follow up with candidates.
Candidate Recruitment
Pre-qualify and counsel candidates prior to and during the recruitment process.
Maintain communication with the candidate throughout the recruitment process to support them in their career seeking efforts.
Notify candidates of client decisions and review any alternate courses of action if required.
Remain knowledgeable about all open job requisitions as well as the client company and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to the candidate.
Utilize and master sourcing technologies to ensure complete market coverage and execute sourcing strategies that drive high volume, targeted candidate pipeline. Build applicant sources through networking, colleges, and social media and provide organization information, opportunities and benefits.
Assess qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Comply with all Federal and State regulations concerning the proper recruitment, hiring, and rejection of a candidate to include accurate and timely feedback to the client and candidate.

Internal Expectations
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact on behalf of HR Affiliates throughout the recruitment process.
Attend weekly production meetings with HR Affiliates Leadership Team to ensure the recruitment partner is fully aware of job requisition status, recruitment techniques, pipeline management and pipeline status.
Maintain weekly contact via e-mail, phone, or face to face with all candidates in their pipeline to answer questions, share process status and build relationships.
Provide pipeline status updates to hiring managers as required by client.
Keep an accurate record of all activity.
Constantly evaluate recruiting efforts to improve talent brought into the company.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience working in high volume recruitment
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in Microsoft Suites
Strong organizational skills
Extreme sense of urgency
Excellent customer service delivery
Strong presentation skills verbal and in person
Effective communicator with all levels within the company
Experience in advanced internet recruiting/sourcing
Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully without losing composure and compromising productivity
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability coverage on automobile. Local travel required; Flexibility with work hours.
