HR Affiliates is growing our Recruiting department and adding a Recruiting Assistant to our dynamic team.  This is a part-time opportunity working from 20 to 25 hours/week remotely from home with occasional in office attendance for meetings/collaboration, etc. The Recruiting Assistant will support our Sr. Recruiting Consultant with recruiting objectives as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
Reviews applicant resumes; conducts phone screens; and schedules interviews for the Sr. Recruiting Consultant.
Source and screen active and passive candidates in ATS and job boards.
Enters candidate resume and contact information into ATS  and documents activity.
Schedules assessment testing when required.
Must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Must have knowledge of personnel policies and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Required Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in staffing and/or recruiting support.  Bachelors degree may be considered in  lieu of experience.
Experience sourcing candidates through creative methods.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates based on experience, job tenure, and compensation requirements for a wide array of administrative/clerical, accounting/finance, IT, sales, and marketing openings.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) highly preferred.
