Kentucky-Bred Insurance is looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Client Relations manager, to join our team.
Starting pay is between $16 – $18 an hour, 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8:30am 4:30pm. Two weeks paid vacation after initial probation period.
*This position can turn into an overall agency manager and has the ability to evolve into numerous avenues. *
Core focuses & responsibilities Day one:
• Reconcile company reports. (commissions, cancellations, billing, etc.)
• Overall Client experience
• Agency mailing (Quarterly newsletter and various other client communications)
• Mortgage & vehicle loan updates
• Issuing polices
• Process policy changes (Car changes, new addresses, etc.)
• Ability to interact with people in a patient, friendly and pleasant manner.
• Ability to handle (at times) a high volume of inbound calls
• Provide amazing customer service even in stressful situations
Avenues that will develop as agency continues growing.
Agency Compliance: holding staff accountable for accurate and complete work.
Marketing: Work closely with owner to oversee agency marketing budget. Design ad campaigns, mailing campaigns, email campaigns, videos, video testimonies, control of Instagram, inhouse- graphic design, and more.
Networking: Generate interest in agency by meeting key figures in the Louisville KY area, think: realtors, Loan officers, property managers, financial advisors etc.
Sales team manager: Oversee 2-3 full time sales agents.
➢ Bilingual (both Spanish & English fluent)
➢ Extremely positive person by nature. Your glass is always half full and rainy days only make you appreciate the sunny days that much more.
➢ Ability to multi task. Example: client calls and needs you to fax proof of insurance while you are in the middle of a detailed email.
➢ Great customer service ability. Often clients call us during stressful times. Think car crashes, home weather claims, problems at the DMV etc. You MUST be able to remain pleasant and comforting.
➢ No license required to start. HOWEVER, you must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license within first 60 days. Agency will pay for associated costs & help you study during your first 60days during business hours.

➢ Above average work ethic. Things are accomplished with a sense of urgency at our agency.
➢ Detail oriented. We deal with lots of information that needs to be correct. Phone numbers, addresses, emails, vin numbers, account numbers, etc.
➢ Reliable transportation.
You don’t need to be a computer hacker but you must be proficient with Microsoft word, Gmail, and a quick learner with various other computer software.
Anyone with photoshop / premiere pro / adobe/ graphic design / editing skills, or similar, are STRONGLY encouraged to apply.
