Description:
This position is responsible for the supervision of the Finance staff and assisting the Director of Finance with closing the general ledger each period and year end, reconciliation of balance sheet accounting, completing journal entries, and financial analysis and reporting for the park.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university)
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- Computer competency in Microsoft Office products, with high level of skill in Excel. Experience in JDE accounting software preferred.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, including above shoulder, bend, squat, kneel, and handle items as necessary.
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull items as necessary.
- Ability to work primarily in indoor environment, with occasional work outside in extreme weather conditions such as high temperatures.
- Ability to work and maintain calm atmosphere in high stress, dynamic atmosphere.
- CMA or CPA a plus.
- Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written word.
- Interpersonal – Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
- Leadership – Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
