We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to develop, lead and execute critical people and operations deliverables as we re-open Kentucky Performing Arts and all venues.  This person will be a critical part of KPAs re-opening and beyond!!!

This professionally certified HR practitioner will have demonstrated success in leading high volume recruitment strategies that deliver results; manage a seasonal workforce; be flexible and able to navigate and support a dynamic workplace undergoing exciting change.

As a key leader within the organization they are responsible for implementing a strong culture of accountability while acting as an advocate for both the organization and the employee. This role will provide strategic planning and vision toward managing the HR and Payroll function, and will have overall responsibility for all HR operations within Kentucky Performing Arts.
Qualified candidates will have strong technical and analytical skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and HR Systems (Paycor a plus).

Knowledge of payroll, legal and compliance laws and experience developing DE&I and AAP/EEO initiatives preferred.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.  Advanced degree preferred.

Current HR certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred.
