The Leadership Louisville Center is hiring a new Database & Operations Administrator to be responsible for database administration (Salesforce), as well as managing vendors and operations for IT, HR, and facility management. This is a new position, helping lead the transition to Salesforce as the new CRM for the Center and becoming the lead administrator for the system. This new position will also have oversight of multiple operations functions for the nonprofit organization, ensuring the team and facilities are set up for success.
