Career Posting – Assistant Teacher, Louisville

Lodgic Kids Camp is searching for Assistant Teachers to work under the guidance of Lead Teachers in the classroom and be responsive caregivers, explorers, and all-round guides for children in the development of social and emotional competency.

Core Job Responsibilities

Implement the day-to-day classroom routine by following the classroom schedule under direction of Lead Teacher.
Maintain cleaning and organizing consistent with health and safety standards within the Daily Duties Cleaning Checklist.
Implement engaging activities consistent with the Kids Camp Curriculum and model the six Big Moose Heart Values in all aspects of the program.
Carry out personal care routines based on individual children’s needs that includes, but is not limited to, diapering, potty training, etc.
Act as a mediator between children when necessary.


Must be at least 18 years old and directly supervised.
Must have at least a High School diploma or a GED.

*Sign On Bonus:
$200 upon training completion
$200 after 90 days of employment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $14.75 per hour
