The Primary Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains marketing database
Develops and executes marketing and recruitment marketing plans and activities to support the company’s focus areas for growth and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers and candidates
Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
Research, identify, and qualify new leads from both new and existing clients
Ensures that all proposals, sales slicks, presentations, and general marketing materials portray our brand, producing best-in-class, and competitive marketing material
Oversee social media strategy and implementation
Manages relationships and activities for outside marketing vendors: Promo shop, printers, office signage
Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, retargeting, and display advertising campaigns
Provides consultation and support for local branches
Implements and leverages best tools to create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns
Develop thought leadership pieces
Builds and maintains marketing database
Manages and updates brand website
