Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO

* The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the catering sales strategy within the hotel.

* Plan, coordinate and service all catering events on-property.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups.

* Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders.  Respond to client and guest questions.

* Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, décor, audio visual, and staffing.

* Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue.

 

* Other reasonable duties as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

* A focus on building relationships and developing connections with clients and other hotel department leaders.

* Desire to grow and contribute!

* Positive demeanor.

* Excellent organization and communication skills.

* Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or sales preferred.
