-Construction/demolition background preferred.
-KY Abatement Supervisor License preferred.
-Ability to lead and manage teams and meet target goals.
-Ability to meet budgetary goals.
-Ability to manage projects and coordinate with clientele and regulatory agencies.
-Reviews projects to determine priorities; estimates project completion time; assigns work tasks to field team;    inspects completed work projects for conformance with accepted asbestos abatement standards.
-Ability to utilize schematics and floor plans, calculate quantities, and collect samples.
-Maintain and manage warehouse inventory.
-Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
-Position may require overnight travel on occasion.
-Position may require weekend work on occasion.
