About the role

The Business Development Executive career path prepares candidates for a stimulating and rewarding sales career in the exciting software technology and services industry.  This 12 – 18-month program puts you in the center of a fast-paced and world-class sales training environment focused on lead generation and talent development. What you’ll do

  • Sourcing & qualifying quality leads for the Sales & Marketing team
  • Interacting by phone, email and other means with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives
  • Acquiring & maintaining a working knowledge of Oasis Solutions technology and service offerings to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
  • First contact for prospects of Oasis Solutions business via outbound calls.
  • Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oasis’ products and services (training provided).
  • Goal-oriented individual.
  • Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate using technical concepts.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Desire for a long-term career in sales in the tech industry.
  • Ability to gain competence in own area and acquire a higher-level understanding of the role, processes, and procedures of the organization.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, passionate, creative, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
