Sage Intacct Managing Consultant

The main function of this position is to deliver, direct, oversee and ensure the quality of our world-class consulting, implementation and strategic services.  The Managing Consultant will scope, plan and lead multiple Sage Intacct projects and multiple teams and provide higher level project oversight.  Additionally, the Managing Consultant will provide training, mentoring and other leadership to Senior Consultants, Consultants and Associate Consultants, or develop and direct their career paths.  The Managing Consultant is the highest-level functional project consultant at Oasis Solutions

Main duties include: 
-Leads consulting engagements including but not limited to high level process analysis, process and reporting recommendation and transactional flow analysis.
-Discovers, scopes, leads and delivers multiple implementation or service-related projects.  May enlist support of or delegate tasks to Senior Consultants or Assistant Consultants.
-Provides career path guidance and mentoring to Senior Consultants or Assistant Consultants.
-Provides sales engineering and other business development related support including association meeting attendance, user group meetings, etc.
-Evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves customer service requests submitted by customers to our helpdesk in either a level 2 or level 3 role.
-Participates in onsite and in-house client visits, most often in a leadership role.
-Achieves master level competency in the relevant Sage Intacct core product offering and applicable database or reporting engines and select 3rd party projects within mutually established timeframe.

Qualifications and Competencies Summary: 
-High School Diploma or GED
-Experience leading teams in multi-phased ERP implementation (accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, j-job cost, service, distribution, etc.) including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support and project management.
-10+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or related experience.
-10+ years of experience in leading teams through multiple projects concurrently.
-Experience in performing project or team coordination including meeting scheduling and preparation.
-Experience in client communication, in person, email or voice with emphasis on issue resolution.
-Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning and delivery to the letter of said scope.
-Experience in employee development, utilizing an existing career path framework.

Skills and/or Licensing/Certification(s) Required: 
-Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365
-Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (email and calendar)
-Certification or equivalent experience in Sage Intacct ERP
-Certification or equivalent experience in related reporting engine and data import/export engines.
-Certification or equivalent experience in related process workflow engine(s).
-Certification or equivalent experience in related 3rd party products or integrating systems (shipping, job cost, discrete manufacturing, human resources)
-Demonstrated leadership ability, both internally and with clients.
-Command of English Language
-Ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships
