The Associate Software Engineer is an entry level professional that will work closely with experienced engineers to assist in the developing and maintaining software applications by following development standards and best practices and being a highly communicative, collaborative team-player.

• Minimum of 1-year programming experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, SQL and C# required.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply various programming techniques and processes required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.

• Participate in cross-functional project teams that execute high-impact builds, engagements, and transformations delivering solutions on or ahead of schedule.
• Assist with Developing and maintaining software applications by following development standards and best practices.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
• Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
• Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task working on several projects at once.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills for effective interactions with clients to assess what is needed in a project and then be able to relay that into specifications.

• Flexible work schedule that will include some evenings and weekends.
• Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
