The Salesforce Product Manager will work with lines of business to gain insight into business challenges and enable strategic product enhancement decisions. This position will be an expert in the inner workings of Salesforce and will work to fully understand the business operations of each business line for which they are responsible.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating and deploying solutions to end users required.
• Minimum 2 years expert knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform including constraints and capabilities required.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills required.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle from project inception to training and delivery. Specifically, Agile and Waterfall processes required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications required.

• Manage projects and integration efforts.
• Communicate directly with end users on a regular basis to capture requirements, investigate issues, and identify new solution development opportunities.
• Clearly communicate direction and priorities across all stakeholders
• Speak for the product and ensure alignment in overall strategy.
• Interface with business partners, senior leadership, and the Salesforce organization to ensure projects have the proper impact and adoption.
• Own and manage product roadmap for business lines.
• Review, evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and or new business use-cases and how they can best integrate with Salesforce infrastructure.
• Coordinate product launch including the management of all alpha/beta feedback, communication planning, training coordination, and launch timing.
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans in by applying your knowledge of the platform as well as system design best practices.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience of applications and platform security.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
• Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
