St. Francis School seeks an Alumni Relations and Special Events Coordinator who will split time between the Downtown and Goshen Campuses. The position reports to the Director of Advancement. Alumni responsibilities include: cultivating strong relationships with the alumni community through planning and coordinating special events and activities for alumni; managing the Alumni Committee; collecting and publishing alumni news and updates; and meeting annual giving goals for alumni. Event coordination responsibilities include planning and execution of the annual Gala, as well as a variety of other school and community events. We seek candidates who have excellent communication skills; a strong work ethic; are highly detail oriented; can work with a variety of people; and demonstrate a commitment to cultural competency. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Two plus years’ experience in alumni relations, event management, and/or development, and working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising
