St. Francis School, which is changing its name to Francis Parker School of Louisville in July 2022 is a coed, secular, Independent School in Louisville, Kentucky, founded in the Progressive tradition and committed to equity and justice, seeks outgoing, energetic applicants for the position of Alumni Relations and Special Events Coordinator.  The School operates across two campuses — Goshen (Preschool-8th) and Downtown (High School) — and this role shares time between both.  Alumni Relations responsibilities include: developing, organizing, and executing programs and services designed to foster and strengthen relationships between the School and its alumni in order to promote loyalty and involvement with the School. This includes acting as the point person for High School and Goshen Campus Alumni; creating and organizing successful alumni events; overseeing the alumni committee; managing social media presence devoted to targeting alumni; raising alumni annual fund gifts; and researching and collecting alumni updates for school publications. Special Event responsibilities include planning and/or supporting the execution of all School events in order to deliver positive experiences for guests and participants. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Two plus years’ experience in alumni relations, event management, and/or development, and working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising software are preferred.
