SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Talis Group’s client is the leading independently owned home building company in the Louisville Metro area.  Dedicated to crafting exceptional homes, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing strategies, and create a culture of collaboration and trust. This role calls for a dynamic and results-driven person to oversee all aspects of the sales department, set strategic goals, and ensure the team’s success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the home building or related industry. Office located in Clarksville, IN.

Salary: $175,000 + bonus program.

Complete benefits package included. M-F work week.

Highlighted Duties

Set sales goals and develop strategies achieve them
Mentor, manage, and motivate sales team members
Identify and act on new growth opportunities
Work with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with sales team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
Highlighted Requirements

Proven successful track record in a sales management role in the home building or related industry (industry preferred, but not required.)
Experience building and leading successful sales teams
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
