Talis Group’s client is a premier manufacturer hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for their Jeffersonville, IN location. This is a great opportunity to get experience in purchasing, production planning and logistics with an International manufacture. This is a temp- perm opportunity. Candidate will be asked to work as a temporary for 3 months and after good performance will be eligible for hire by the manufacturer and at that time the position will offer a full benefits package. Position will work full-time Monday – Friday on 1 st shift hours. Pay will be $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.

Highlighted Duties:

Enter purchase order confirmations
Review unconfirmed orders and follow up weekly with suppliers
Review open order report weekly and follow up on past dues
Record delivery, quality and paperwork issues in supplier rating database daily
Follow up on daily issues for production needs
Update SAP info records for raw material pricing changes monthly
Plan raw materials and packaging for offsite production and execute
Maintain Purchasing email and respond to issues.
Update raw material shipments daily in SAP and spreadsheet
Enter stock transfers and update production dates
Aged inventory distribution and downgrading
Special projects as needed

Highlighted Requirements

Recent college graduate seeking logistics experience considered
1 year of data entry experience in MRP or ERP system
Successful candidate must be very detail oriented
Prefer candidate with some experience with a ERP or MRP system
Good skills in Excel and other MS Office Suite products
