A Talis Group client is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant . This position is a ‘direct hire’ position.

Talis Group’s client is a full-service commercial real estate firm serving the Louisville, Kentucky metro area. They are looking for Administrative Support for their Brokers/ Marketing Department. The successful candidate will excel at customer service and possess strong administrative skills. This well-established company, located in a beautiful downtown office building, offers an excellent work environment M-F , $45K plus generous benefits package.

Highlighted Duties

Manage office functions including maintaining supplies, IT/telephone vendor management, daily mail and light telephone coverage for an office of 10 people
Provide administrative support to the President for correspondence, reports and contracts
Perform other administrative tasks including expense reports, updating client data base, filing, and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Support brokers with marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, flyers, signs, etc.
Enhance social media presence and maintain website content

Highlighted Requirements

Minimum 2 years of strong administrative support experience in a corporate environment
Solid knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (working knowledge of Access desirable)
Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
Must be able to take initiative, self-direct and be resourceful
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Minimum high school diploma
