JOB REQUIREMENTS
Highlighted Duties:

Utilize Six Sigma and lean manufacturing tools in executing Continuous Improvement processes including cost reduction activities.
Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities, define scope and project goals.
Communicate project objectives and metrics, resolve barriers and monitor lean initiatives.
Motivate, coach and manage activities of assigned team.
Establish a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to communicate expectations, provide continuous training and review results
Determine financial impact of process improvements and maintain reporting

Highlighted Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or Operations Management or related.
Black belt certification or Green belt with experience mentoring and leading Kaizens
Must have thorough knowledge and application of Continuous Improvement
5+ years of experience driving Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Project Management experience and leadership skills; must have experience managing teams.
Prefer experience working in paper, adhesives and/or packaging environment.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to quantify results and identify new opportunities
