Highlighted Duties:

Draft a variety of corporate formation documents and corporate contracts such as operating agreements, bylaws, non-disclosure, UCC filings, vendor contracts, etc.
Prepare corporate entity documentation and tax forms and filings
Research potential lien or litigation issues
Draft client correspondence and closing statements
Assist with researching corporate governance and compliance issues


Highlighted Requirements

4+ years of experience with Corporate or Transactional Law
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies or related
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must work well independently and be very organized
Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
