Talis Group’s client is a large local construction company with long tenured employees and growing. They are hiring a Human Resource Assistant for their Louisville office to help with benefit administration, employee relations and recruiting. Company offers full benefit package

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Highlighted Duties:

Position will assist the HR Manager in all aspects of Human Resources
Review timecards to ensure accuracy for payroll department
Maintain OSHA logs for compliance
Assist in benefit administration of medical, dental, life, COBRA, retirement, 401K, ESOP
Assist with onboarding and employee relations
Candidate will also handle some administrative tasks such as event planning, relief receptionist

Highlighted Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years Human Resource experience
Accounting or payroll experience a plus
Must be highly detailed and organized
Seeking strong communication skills and high degree of confidentiality
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks at a high accuracy.
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
