Talis Group’s company client is a Louisville law firm with multiple practice areas. The firm is hiring an experienced legal assistant/secretary who primarily services four business litigation attorneys. This position is full time, in office. This law firm offers a competitive salary, free parking downtown, yearly bonus and a full benefits package.

Highlighted Duties:

Support multiple attorneys with business litigation support.
E-filing with Kentucky and Federal court system required.
Document preparation and proofreading.
Manage trial calendars and assist attorneys with meeting deadlines, making appearances in court.

Highlighted Requirements:

Previous legal secretary experience in civil litigation defense desired.
Must have experience supporting multiple attorneys
Calendar management; scheduling and tracking all deadlines
Strong proofreading, attention to detail, and organization skills is very important.
Must have experience with different technology/ office tools such as, Drop Box, PowerPoint, Zoom, Outlook and more. Overall, strong administrative support skills are required.
Professional references are required.
