Talis Group’s client, a large award-winning regional law firm specializing in various practice areas, is hiring a Strong Litigation Legal Secretary for complex litigation matters in State, Federal and Appellate Court. This client has an excellent reputation in the region, a generous benefits package and is offering a competitive salary. Highlighted Duties:

Attorney calendar management and scheduling
Drafting and revising pleadings and client correspondence
Managing electronic court filings
Making travel arrangements
Document management. Maintain files and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Highlighted Requirements:

Extensive legal secretary experience with complex civil litigation (State, Federal and Appellate Courts).
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.; must be able to draft legal documents and correspondence with high accuracy, as well as manage large volume of documents.
Strong computer skills; high typing speed, intermediate to advanced MS Word skills, E-filing.
Previous experience with making travel arrangements, managing attorney calendars and tracking deadlines and court dates.
Previous legal billing experience; time entry.
