Talis Group’s client is a mid-sized multi-state law firm that has been highly successful due to their passion for helping injured people. This award-winning firm is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with trial experience to work REMOTELY with Indiana cases (Must be licensed in Indiana). This position will lead litigation for multiple cases across the State and will have support staff reporting to the role. This firm is looking for someone that shares their passion in helping people and is not concerned about taking a case to trial. The firms offers full benefit package (health, life, vision, dental, 401k, etc.) base salary plus uncapped commission structure with unlimited compensation potential.

Highlighted Duties:

Lead litigation for personal injury cases across Indiana.
Manage day-to-day tasks for car and trucking injury litigation cases
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, demand letters, discovery etc.
Work closely with clients updating them on status of cases and the process
Prepare for and attend motions, depositions, trials, etc
Travel to Louisville for trial preparation if required.
Participate in mock trials to prepare for actual court proceedings.
Highlighted Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in personal injury.
Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
Demonstrated experience with trial cases, including some positive verdicts.
Strong passion for helping injured individuals and a willingness to take cases to trial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently in a remote environment
