A well-established international manufacturing company with an employee-centric culture is searching for an experienced Production Supervisor (rotating schedule) to join their team. Highlighted Duties

Consistently demonstrate full compliance with all regulatory requirements – OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc., and all site HSE rules, policies, practices and procedures all the time.
Kicks off start of shift – setting goals and expectations, conducts shift-handoff meeting with oncoming Supervisor.
Conducts regular shift area tours
Oversees and coordinates operating unit maintenance activity, work permits and executes S&OP plan.
Provides site supervision on nights and weekends
Manages shift schedules and daily work assignments
Manages operator accountability (coaching and performance management)
Document incidents (safety, quality, environmental, operations) on shift and conducts initial incident investigations.
Oversees operator training on shift, ensuring progress and documentation of activities.
Develops shift reports and communicates performance issues daily.
Monitor the completion of all mandatory safety training
Conducts reviews of unit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Ensure that all production documentation complies with the established ISO standards.
Assist in executing the start-up plan for the manufacture of new products.
12 hour rotating shifts 4 – 4
Highlighted Requirements

High School education required. BS degree preferred.
Five (5) years of related industrial experience.
Previous supervisory experience in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing environment preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and post-high school education.
OSHA PSM regulation knowledge and experience preferred.
Good reading/writing, math and communication skills are needed. Computer skills, such as MS Office, are required.
