Are you a strong SUPPORTIVE team manager?

Talis Group’s client is a very well-established designer and manufacturer of LED signage. Their superior design, technology and a reputation for the best sales and all-around support has earned them a top spot in the industry. They are a small business and are looking for a Sales Manager to be an integral part of this ever-growing company. This position will provide support to their long-term sales professionals and customers across the country. Candidates with small business experience preferred.

Salary $100K plus generous benefits package.

Job Requirements:


The key word here is SUPPORT.
Provide motivation, training and support to the 8+ member sales team
Coach, mentor and determine what support each sales professional needs for their territory.
Set sales / performance goals
Take responsibility for reaching goals
Understand the economics and competition in each market
Work with each team member and determine ways to support them to reach goals
Provide strong customer service support to both employees and customers


Have a verifiable track record of successful sales and sales team management. B2B
Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S.
Results oriented with strong analytical skills
Maintain reporting
Ability to listen and lead individuals with different strengths and abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
