Talis Group’s client is a Louisville based manufacturer developing new products for the retail industry for more than 25 years. This growing company with innovative technology is looking for a Sr. Project Manager will oversee all new product and existing product orders to ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met. This position will work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production. Company offers excellent benefit package and bonus plan. This position does have growth opportunity into higher management

Highlighted Duties:Manage project resources across multiple projects or project phases
Assist the Sales team in providing accurate estimates and timelines for new orders
Develop bill of materials and ensure purchasing and supply chain are able to meet deadlines
Determine project flow, and ensure that all production requirements are met
Work closely with domestic and international vendors to ensure capacity, capability and ability to meet budgets and timelines
Identify and resolve any potential issues or resources that may affect project budget or deadlines
Drive continuous improvement throughout the process to eliminate bottlenecks
Work closely with all departments to ensure successful product launch

Highlighted Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred but not required
5+ years manufacturing experience, leading projects
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
