Talis Group’s client is a global leader in testing equipment for various Industrial markets.  They are seeking to hire a Client Support Specialist to join their New Albany, IN office. This role will manage sales & service transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.  The duties will be to handle everything from quotes & orders to logistics & administrative tasks, working cross-functionally with other departments to meet customer needs.  This is a full-time, direct hire position.  The salary range is $50-65k with full benefits, generous PTO, and 11 paid holidays annually.

Highlighted Duties:

Review & process sales/service quotes & orders, ensuring accuracy.
Manage customer accounts, including delivery and payment terms.
Provide timely updates to customers & internal teams on order status.
Collaborate with various departments (such as Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain) to resolve order issues quickly.
Handle inter-company transactions & ensure smooth work flow.
Address customer inquiries & escalate issues as needed.

Highlighted Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
Proficiency in ERP system/s.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and support multiple stakeholders.
