We are seeking Dog Trainer Assistant to join our team. If you have a knack for working with dogs and helping them develop good behaviors, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Dog Trainer Assistant, you will learn the training methodologies used by The Clever Canine through hands on training and online training platforms.
You will be responsible for conducting training sessions and working closely with dog owners to ensure the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Conduct group and individual training sessions for dogs of all ages and breeds
Teach basic obedience, advanced commands, and behavior modification techniques
Provide guidance and support to dog owners to reinforce training at home
Assess dogs’ progress and adjust training methods as necessary
Maintain a safe and positive training environment
Clean and Maintain all areas of the facility
Provide food and water as needed
Stay updated on the latest training techniques and industry best practices
Communicate effectively with dog owners about their pet’s progress and any concerns
Follow safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, consistency, and a passion for working with animals
Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including one Saturday per month and occasional evenings
