Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field and five years of related experience.  Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.  The university offers market competitive salary and benefits.  Grade EH. Salary Minimum $56,064

Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative experience and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong and collaborative networks.  He or she will also demonstrate a commitment to the practice of positive leadership as taught in the Project, constantly striving to improve and exhibiting virtues in action, such as integrity, compassion, curiosity, and ambition.

Additional success factors include experience with marketing, public relations, and strategic communication including the ability to contribute to website and social media promotion strategies.

Experience working in both higher education and corporate arenas is ideal.  Excellent public speaking skills and informal influencing skills are preferred.

Position Description: The Project on Positive Leadership works to increase positive leadership in the world through the development and distribution of knowledge and instructional tools.

This position provides the administrative leadership to guide this work, directing the day-to-day activities of the center including: communication and outreach, collaborative product production, fellowships and grants/sponsorship management, development, events management, budget management, planning and reporting, and corporate programming.

The position works closely with the College of Business Corporate and Executive Education unit in the customization and delivery of programming into the corporate space to commercialize and extend the reach of the Project.  This is a grant funded position and is subject to continuing grant support.
