We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of HR you will be responsible for leading our HR department and ensuring that our organization has a strong and effective HR strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal laws, and best practices.
·      Manage and oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process, as well as employee onboarding and training.
·      Develop and execute effective performance management strategies, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
·      Lead efforts to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
·      Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
·      Ensure proper processing of payroll.
·      Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
·      Manage the HR department budget and provide regular reports on HR metrics.
·      Ensure that the company maintains a positive and diverse workplace culture.
·      Collaborate with senior leadership to support the company’s growth and success.

Requirements:
●      Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Organization Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
●      SHRM certification preferred.
●      5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
●      Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
●      Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
●      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
●      Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
●      Experience working with SAS HRIS systems for administration of payroll, talent acquisition, onboarding, such as ADP, Paycor, SAP, etc.
●      Experience in process and continuous improvement methodologies
●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
