• Employ several service technicians that cover the Kentuckiana area and the surrounding counties
• Do C.O.D., 3rd party, and warranty work for numerous companies and individuals
• Service all major brands
Job Summary
Will deliver field-based customer service and product repair, modification and installation of home appliances. Technicians will provide timely and professional repairs of products while maintaining high levels of customer service. Duties:- Completing daily routes
- Communicating with customers about the problem, resolution, repair cost and any suggestions
- Referring to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to diagnose and repair problems
- Contacting manufacturer and vendor tech lines for troubleshooting assistance
- Researching parts numbers and pricing via websites and phone
- Contacting vendors for authorization when exceeding pre-auth limits
- Thoroughly and accurately completing all paperwork required
- Staying up to date on contract rates & policies
- Keeping the proper tools on hand to effectively diagnose & repair appliances
- Maintaining vehicles and performing daily inspections; communicating to management of vehicle problems
- Keeping up with truck stock inventory alongside parts department conducting quarterly inventory audits
- Maintaining a clean work area in home, in shop and in vehicle

Pay & Benefits
- $35K-$75K depending on experience
- Commission based once established
- 1-3 weeks vacation depending on seniority
