Job Description
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies specific to manufacturing roles.
- Manage and resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to support a high-performance culture and positive work environment.
- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
- Support safety and occupational health programs in coordination with EHS teams
Qualification
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in conflict resolution, investigations, and employee relations-
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual ability English and Chinese is a plus.
