Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Kentucky

Start Date: February 2, 2026

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 guaranteed hours per week, every third weekend, no call requirements

Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art 12-bed ICU and 8-bed CCU within a respected 298-bed full-service hospital
• Manage a 2:1 patient ratio in the ICU and 4:1 in the CCU
• Utilize advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, and central lines
• Cerner EMR system in place
• May be required to float to other units as needed
• Competitive contract opportunity with immediate start date

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with ventilator management and drip titration
• Experience caring for critically ill patients with conditions such as ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, and post-cardiac arrest
• Preferred: CRRT and balloon pump experience
