Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN – Kentucky
Start Date: November 10, 2025
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 guaranteed hours per week | Saturday rotation every 6 weeks | Call requirement: at least 40 hours per 6-week period

- Work in a 31-operating room state-of-the-art surgical suite at a renowned academic medical center
- Gain experience with advanced surgical robotics including Mako, DaVinci SP & XI, Rosa Robot, and O-Arm technology
- Exposure to high-acuity, complex surgical cases across multiple specialties including neuro, ortho, thoracic, vascular, transplant, and ENT
- 1:1 patient ratio with dedicated focus on perioperative care
- Cerner EMR system with comprehensive documentation support
- Scrubs provided by facility
Requirements:
- Active Kentucky RN license
- BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
- Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years OR experience with strong high-acuity surgical patient skills ideal
