Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state required.
• PCU, Step-Down, or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely.
• Respond to status changes; initiate escalation of care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans/management.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.
