Community Wide Planting Day

Play an active role in restoring the Louisville tree canopy by helping us plant over 100 trees in the St. Joseph Neighborhood from 10:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.! Louisville Parks and Recreation’s Urban Forestry division, TreesLouisville, and Louisville Grows are teaming up to plant trees in the rights-of-way, on residential properties, and at businesses in the area. We will provide tools and training on how to plant a tree- No experience necessary! Gloves, safety vests, and water refill station will also be provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear closed-toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing.
